Bike Rental + Kyoto Insider Tips

We are currently introducing a new booking system. In the meantime, please send us your rental request using the contact form below.

To help us arrange the right bikes for you, please include:

Height of each rider (And age of any children)
Preferred rental date and return date
Whether you would like a 30–45 minute route-planning session before you set off (coffee at a local café included)

Once we receive your request, a member of our team will check availability and get back to you as soon as possible!

Bike Pick-Up & Return Point

Please note that we currently do not offer bike delivery. All rentals are collected and returned at our bike pick-up point.

Important Notes

Helmets are provided for all guests at no additional charge.
For multi-day rentals, including week-long rentals, we will also provide a battery charger.
Our bikes do not have large baskets. Each bike is equipped with a small bag that can hold approximately one 500 ml bottle.
If you are renting a bike for multiple days, the bike must be stored indoors or in a covered, rain-protected area overnight. Please check with your accommodation in advance to make sure suitable bicycle storage is available.
